Instant Access to BBB Reliability Reports Now Available through Smart Phones and WiFi

Consumers can now instantly access Better Business Bureau’s Reliability Report database through smart phones and other mobile devices, and an easy-to-remember Web URL (address): m.bbb.org
This new address can be particularly helpful for holiday shopping.

Better Business Bureau President and CEO Jim Hegarty says, "Mobile technology can help consumers make an informed decision within moments. The mobile device address is an extremely valuable tool for consumers who want to check on the marketplace record of any type of business from retail stores to mall vendors and auto dealers. Better Business Bureau always recommends consumers check a company’s report. Now they can do so when they’re on the go.”

The BBB mobile web address, m.bbb.org, offers an uncluttered interface that allows consumers to simply enter the name of a company, and retrieve Reliability Reports on both BBB-accredited and non-accredited businesses.
